Migrate website, apps and RDS CALs. Update MS SQL database

We want to transfer our website, RDS Cals and Windows programs from Hostwinds VPS to GoDaddy VPS, including:
1. Migrate website, SSL, RDP CALs and user accounts (and programs if possible) from Hostwinds to GoDaddy.
2. Remove third party email handler (email domain is hosted at Godaddy) for online order notification and auto-responder.
3. Update 2 MS SQL tables with XML files. Edit effective/end dates for data.
