Matched Letter - Envelope - Address Sort Dashboard (web page order of product)

Seeking the development of a web interface whereby a user visits (creates an account) then reviews some sample form letters and selects one and then chooses the mailing options. The user may use the sample letter provided, or they can modify the letter themselves by selecting which lines or paragraphs to keep OR they can insert their own sentences or paragraphs. What is pre-filled in with the letter is who it is addressed to (the address). Then they select a payment option and when that is selected it "inserts their" information (from and signature ) into the letter. This is basically a form letter that is adjustable, but many people can use it. The data would need to be able to be exported to a spreadsheet and not only contain their personal information but the actual version of the letter they are sending. We see this is a simple web interface and depending on the choices they select, the letter will be created and its options (first class, colored paper, return receipt, or signature required (standard mailing stuff). Will be mailing church members so it's pretty easy stuff, just want to give options for letters. We posted a simple flow chart of the steps in this process.
