Make modifications to an php image script

I have an image script programmed in php and I want some modifications to it, which is: g

- The first modification : When you upload images in gif format , i want it to be are converted to mp4 video format, and saved, and they are shown as a video without the play / pause button bar, like an image , and the video plays automatically

- Fix a problem that the picture list is either on the first page or the category stops when 10 pictures appear or sometimes more, I don't know where the problem is, and in the design phone same thing and sometimes the pictures are inserted one on top of another in the design of the computer and the phone .
