Course_Table:
- KEY (auto)
- CourseName

- InstructorName
Student_Course_Table:
- KEY (auto)
- StudentKEY
- CourseKEY

designing nice 2 Arabic pages (Right to Left)
First page in Arabic (nice design) has
Enter Your Number (ادخل رقم هاتف الجوال)
when a user presses a button it will retrieve his/her data from Student_Table then go to page 2
Or if not existing data, it will show him/her this message
"ليس لديك بيانات مسجلة في النظام فضلا التواصل مع الدعم الفني"
2- Second page in Arabic (nice design)
It will put all retrieve data to the following edit box
- ArabicName
الاسم بالعربي
- EnglishName
الاسم بالإنجليزي
- Gender (F/M) ---- Radio box
الجنس
o ذكر
o انثى
- Type (Student or Employee) ---- Radio box
نوع المتدرب
o طالب بالجامعة
o من خارج الجامعة
if his is employee these will be hidden
- StudentID (if he/she student)
رقم الطالب الجامعي
- College (if he/she student)
الكلية
- Department (if he/she student)
القسم
if he is student these will be hidden
- National ID (If he/she employee)
رقم الهوية
- Work (If he/she employee)
مكان العمل
- City (If he/she employee)

Then will ask for these
- Mobile
رقم الهاتف الجوال
(can't be changed)
الايميل الشخصي
then there is a save button, , when it press this button, it will verify all data then save them to Student_Table by modifying the record and show message saying "شكرا لك سيتم اصدار الشهادة قريبا"
or he/she press the cancel button and it goes back to the first page

Note:
- On page2, before saving the modified data, data has to be validated
- The design has to be nice and professional
- You must use bootstrap so user can access it from moble/tablet/pc/...
