Laravel Dashboard Portal-custom dynamic page creator and automated services

FOR TEAMS ONLY!! Please single devs not apply at this time. We have a client portal created in Laravel that does dynamic landing page creation and other services. We have several jobs available and we have a deadline for a lot of these jobs, so we will need several jobs started at the same time and it is important that you know how to work with other teams through git branches to be able to cooperate. Below at he following jobs available:
1. Connect several real estate API from different data companies into dynamic landing page creator to display the information on the landing pages.
2. Create a CMS type of visual editor to quickly be able to edit section of the landing pages created in the dashboard for real estate property websites. Basically a point and click editor to change images and text on existing landing pages already manually created.
3. Create a new video chat system that is open and does not require logins from any side to immediately see the video feed, similar to Apple Facetime without need to log in. always live and always on the website.
4. Create custom implementation of features from a NextCloud server into our Laravel bootstrat dashboard to work seemlessly as if created inside our dashboard. The file sharing and file storing service from nextcloud will be connected into our dashboard among other Nextcloud services to use in our dashboard.
5. Create automatic dynamic flyers from the images of the landing page, offer several different templates for client to choose from, images will be pulled from the gallery of images in the property website and used to create preselected templates automatically.
