Title: Invoicing System
Description:
Invoicing System for Long distance Telephone Company.
System should support :
1) Customer/Account Management
2) Import of Call Detail Record 'CSV' format file into database( as csv file is sent by carrier every month)
3) Import of Rates from XLS file into database as and when required.
4) Based on CDR(Call detail Record) and Customer Account, Invoice should be generated for
particular month, includes TAX, prev balance , overpayment, Credit option, Discount option,
different Rate Plans, etc.
5) Generate Invoice in PDF format as a softcopy , so that with user interface, customer care
staff could pull their invoice as and when required.
6) Option for printing all or specific invoices.
7) Reports supporting the healthy management of application.
8)Other Interactive tools for fool proof management.
9) Payment Management with option of payment thru Credit Card(online)
Note: Should be build in freewares.. like pront end PHP and back end mySQL or the
better suggested, with a future support to bring it online.
Other files and format required for development will be provided on final Deal.
