Hello,
am the CEO of a small web agency based in Italy and I need to create the service described below:
Description of service
The customer provides makes available to professional firms (accountants / labor consultants), with an annual subscription, the SALARY TABLES with PDF documents of the contracts, supplementary contracts and salary tables, divided by category / sub-category.
This service is used by studies / employees also in trade unions, to trace the existing contracts of the various categories and also to the history for the calculation of competences in the event of arrears and / or trade union disputes.
The site was developed in ASP and has no database.
The service administrator manually manages the login credentials of the users and manually follows the annual renewal process by deactivating / reactivating the login credentials.
The service administrator always inserts the documents (in PDF format) relating to the new contracts and the relative supplementary agreements MANUALLY, moving the documents present for the contract that has been renewed to the "historical" section (in the subdirectory).

What is required to do
Basically we were asked to automate what is already present (example for one category on [login to view URL])
Our customer has expressed the need to automate the current processes that it should include;
--- dynamic structure that allows the insertion of contract documents in their respective areas of competence, the automatic movement of old documents in the respective "historical" section and the indexing of inserted / historicized documents
---- management of display areas; customers / users will be given access by the system administrator to consult all contracts or only some of them
--- process for issuing automatic access credentials, with certification by the system administrator once the client / studio has paid the registration fee
--- sending 60/30/15 days before the expiry of the email service with the data necessary to proceed with the renewal (no online payments)
--- password change at first access
--- accept only "strong" passwords
--- password change / recovery independently
For the creation, is required an integration in a Wordpress website.
The project also expect the import of all the current contents of (example for one category on [login to view URL]) into the new system created.
The website must have the following characteristics:
- Should be responsive
- W3C Validation
- Optimized for SEO
- Optimized for printing
- the site will be considered complete only after a full positive feedback from our client
