Improve site of my property, exactly the same into a new server of my property

I had a wix web site, and dont want to renew. It had bad SEO, and other things. So i want to copy in php or similar. For this i had downloaded partially to have an exact copy in my server. The idea, es is make look exactly the same, with no problems of loads, and looks like with same text, same images, no bugs. And pass a basic SEO Analysis.
