Image management site where non-registered viewers, registered users and admins upload pictures primarily for humor/entertainment puporses.

Images that are accepted must be auto-stamped with the sites logo appearing in the lower corner. When an image is uploaded by non-registered viewers it must be approved or rejected by an admin before appearing on the site in regular rotation. Registered users skip the approval process and are auto-accepted.

Images are stored/organized by categories and "tags". auto-thumbnails need also be created by the system. pages displaying pictures show a link to view the comments registered users have left on it (when a user is logged in, the comments appear by default) as well as options to share the picture.

Viewers can share uploaded pictures by pasting code that presents a clickable hotlinked thumbnail which leads to the full-size pictures page - however - hotlink protection is required for the full size pictures (typing in [url removed, login to view] would present the PAGE that picture is displayed on).

Freelancer hired for this job does NOT need to construct any images for the layout - just insert the programming into the template given to them.
