I am bulding a ecommence (store) website from [login to view URL] platform to promote my product and services, mainly to attract customer to go online with choice to purchase my product & deliver, or to purchase services with 5 different types of servicing package for selection (with certain number fixed as credit tied to their purchase) [Prior to that all being build from [login to view URL] platform apps with payment gateway and store information.]
However, i would need a contact management system with minimum CRM feature to manage my customer purchased data information, with that customer are able to choose & book their schedule from the calendar in the system with available time slot and service location, system able to generate confirmation and acknowledge of the booking and reply email notification to customer end. Also customer are allow to cancel their service booking. Once service staff completed the servicing job are able access to customer data page to update/feedback servicing completed from them will able to deduct the credit from the customer package. In the even servicing package credit left with less than 1 credit available, customer are able to add purchase of the servicing package (with 5 different package selection) to top up their servicing credit for next service.
I am thinking that this could be Contact management syetem + CRM will be best suited/needed for me to co-host with my website hosted together with [login to view URL] store.
