I do Health and Safety files for building contractors and need a system to assist with compiling documents together in an index order. Some documents are PDF, excel, word, jpeg that will be uploaded by user and stored on db
I am looking for a questionnaire based application. ie.: I fill in info such as Company name/details and I tick a couple of boxes (Yes - No) and the "system/application" must pull relevant documents from a database/server related to the "YES" - "NO" answers.
At end of data entry the user must have an option to print the generated "FILE"
