GoAutoDial v4 Full Working Installation and ISO generation

I need to install GoAutoDial v4 ([login to view URL]) using the provided ISO with CentOs 7.
Actually when I try to install it following the instructions on [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], It finishes to install but nothing works correctly, the resulting web page does not open, if I try to solve the pages does not update correctly the Vicidial/Asterisk MySQL tables.
I need a correctly full working installation, the result should be an installable and fully working ISO or Virtual Machine harddisk with the working installation.
Requires: dkms-dahdi, asterisk, vicidial, php7, MySQL, MariaDB, CentOS,
and other of the same kind.
I need a perfectly working installation.

Why dont you use the ISO file to do the installation, scratch installation will caused issues, I have years using Goautodial as well Vici and scratch installation end causing issues
