We wish to upload sales, purchase, returns, inventory etc online to manage stock, make invoices and extract reports from the same. This is for internal usage Some key features (not all) that we need are summarized as below: a. Upload data manually and via excel/csv: For small entries-manual. For large entries, We shall provide standard template for Sale, purchase, returns, inventory etc and we should be able to upload data in bulk by uploading the same. Database should be searchable based on various fields b. Reports Export : Some logical operations to be performed on data & reports to be extracted like top selling products, inventory movement etc. i. Both manual and scheduled export of reports ii. Custom Report/SQL query: We should be able to write custom query to generate a non-standard reports and must be able to save it as template so that same can be extracted in future easily. c. User Access Controls: This utility shall be used by many people and each must have different set of accesses and privileges. Eg inventory manager shouldn't be able to see purchase prices, admin should be able to see all etc Also post completion of project ...entire code, usage rights and database shall be handed over to us so that we have full control over the same PLEASE NOTE: KINDLY POST ONLY THE QUOTE IN WHICH YOU ARE ACTUALLY INTERESTED IN WORKING.
