Needing to build a website that will be used for HR purposes, allow users to upload resumes and complete an online questionnaire and then premium users being able to search for specific items and have access to view the users that meet the criteria.
At this point it would need to perform the following functions:
1 - Allow users to create an account. There are 2 types of accounts, a general user that can only input and change their own information, and a Premium account that allows them to search through all of the normal users profiles to select them.
2 - Use the account to upload a file.
3 - User must complete about 20 questions.
4 - Premium users need to have the ability to use advanced search boxes etc.... to narrow down the users that fit a certain profile they are looking for. Then, they can select to view more information and download or view the uploaded resume.
Timeline for completion is 6 weeks.
