Front-End Web Developer For Website Rebrand

We are looking for an experienced web developer to implement our new website design.
This person should have experience with PHP, HTML5, jQuery, Javascript, bootstrap 3 and 4 specifically and have performed similar tasks previously. Most crucially they must have precise attention to detail in order to replicate our designs on the site. They should be mindful of mobile and desktop responsive design.
If you have skills in ReactJS as well, it would be good.
Once hired, we will require the changes quickly, it's ongoing project, but some changes are urgent.
For now you will need to implement 3 pages design based on existing web site.
If the candidate is successful there is potential for them to become our ongoing website maintenance person.
