Front End in Vue.js + Backend in PHP 7 (Laravel 5.5 - 5.8)

We need a Vue.js front end (almost done) so users can pull parameters from DB in the front end by entering character "@" and in another column write the formulas for it, the front end shall allow users to add a line between two lines (rows) that already exist, or delete a line (row), when the user clicks on calculate, you are going to make one call for our API per line, examples: API call example when only parameter is present: [login to view URL]*B&A={"int":3}&B={"float":2.2} API call when there is only constants [login to view URL]*9 API call when there are parameters and constants [login to view URL]*B&B={"int":3} API call when there are arrays [login to view URL]*B&B={%22array%22:[1,2,3]} See existing DB, Vue.js, and backend of my attempt, what is to be solved is that due to the asynchronous nature of vue.js, all parameters are calculated at once, so what I did is to substitute the formula and not the result which is wrong, see my WRONG query in the attached snapshot, you will see that query for parameter 2 should be sin(4), instead of sin(2+2) I need the parameter formula to be populated in table "parameter" saved as attribute "formula", the parameter name shall be saved in table "parameter" as attribute "name", the result of calculation shall be saved in table "parameters data"
