I am having configuration issues on a CentOS server (recent install).
Freeradius is installed and mostly working. I can do radtests and get accept-reject replies back.
The problem is that Freeradius is not communicating with MySQL properly.
Although credentials are set correctly in /usr/local/etc/raddb/[login to view URL]
when running radtest I see 'rlm_sql_mysql: Mysql error 'Access denied for user 'radius'@'localhost' (using password: YES)'
This should be a simple fix for someone more knowledgeable than myself.
To screen out copy/paste proposals, please include the syntax of a radtest command in your proposal.
radtest "-d raddb_dir" "-P tcp/udp" "-t pap/chap/mschap/eap-md5""-4|6" "-x" user pass server port-number secret "ppphint" "nasname"
Hi!
I'll check and fix it just now.

Stay tuned, I'm still working on this proposal.
