Fix Recurring Prestashop 500 Errors -- 2

My live Prestashop store has started throwing a 500 Internal Server Error almost every week. Nothing in particular triggers it—no product updates, no new modules—yet the front-office goes down until I manually roll back the site to the previous day’s files. At the same time I receive automated alert emails every day, which makes me suspect a deeper misconfiguration at server or application level.
