Fix my php script

I'm currently building a script that crawl all page of a domain ($url1), put all urls found in a text file, then scan each url with simple_dom_parser to check if any <a> tag with string ($url2).
So script ran like this [login to view URL]$url1=http://google.com&$url2=google&proxy=NULL
$url1 is the domain to scan all url
$url2 is the occurrence to find on each page <a> tag.
All currently working except one thing. I'm able to fetch all urls of a domain then put in a file, but for a reason I don't understand, my scan($url1,$url2,$proxy) function (using simple_dom_parser and curl) look like skipping some line or don't go until the end of the file using this way to fetch all line :
foreach(preg_split("/((\r?\n)|(\r\n?))/", $subject) as $line){
$resultscan = scan($line,$url2,$proxy);
}
And this way it's not finding any occurrence:
$file="[login to view URL]";
$handle = fopen($file, "r");
while(!feof($handle)){
$line = fgets($handle);
scan($line,$url2,$proxy);
}
Smaller bid and faster time frame will be prioritize, no time waster or people that hire others freelancer. I will hire you back for another fix right after if job is good.
