-JOB DESCRIPTION-
GoCare is needing to expand its development team with an agency that has experienced managers and developers who will work on ongoing web development projects with our in-house developers.
You will work in a Magento/PHP based environment and implement code and designs that includes front and backend work, mobile-friendly/responsive sites, database-driven applications, secure back-end systems, API’s, etc.
We are looking for developers with strong Magento, PHP, MySQL and Javascript experience. The ideal agency will be resourceful, highly organized, self-managed, deadline sensitive, as well as having a focus on making projects scalable and future proof. The ideal candidates will have experience with many languages and platforms.
-REQUIRED EXPERIENCE-
3+ years in-depth front and backend Magento experience required
Considerable experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Jquery & Javascript
Understanding of MVC frameworks such as Laravel, CakePHP, Codeigniter, Zend, Symfony and others.
In-depth understanding of Object Oriented Programming
At least 1-2 years of experience with the LAMP stack
Understanding and experience with Agile development
Must be results and detail oriented.
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
-DESIRED EXPERIENCE-
Solid understanding and experience with Open Source eCommerce platforms
HTML5, CSS 3, CentOS/Shell, JSON, XML, Codeigniter
LAMP stack, SOAP, RESTful Web Services and API development skills
Experience working on SCRUM teams
-EDUCATION-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field a plus
