Existing site ( Counseling practice ) needs to have a way for customers to pay an invoice on-line to the Counselors existing PayPal account. This will NOT interface with any billing system, just a way for a customer to click "Pay My Bill" enter an amount and the the website interface with the Counselors PayPal account .
