Enginethemes Freelancer theme - need help constructing easy registration of agents (as employers I think) plus some technical advice...

Overall project is click-through website for visitors to select agents according to visitor needs. Agents will be employer(s), I think, with easy registration form (with qualifications through categories) to enter and show agents and details - similar to how freelancers appear. Visitors to the site would be able to select agents according to qualifications and "click through" from detail page to agent's own website. Need help with understanding overall architecture of Enginethemes Freelancer to provide easy registration (and later modifications) to display agents (kind of like a "job") with the visitors able to "pick a job/agent" and then pass through and access the agent's site directly - through website URL, agent's email, telephone, etc. Probably a relatively easy job for freelancer once details are understood.... The attached gives my idea(s) for an easy agent registration form... I just don't know how to build or install it.
