Employee Evaluation System

This project will be to develop a web-based (intranet) interface and implementation for annual employee evaluations. Supervisors will receive an email notification to complete a survey. They will follow a unique link in the email to a secure webpage where they will answer a series of questions about a specific employee. Once completed, these survey results will be available to the HR staff and can be compiled for each surveyed employee. These reports, including scores and comments, will be printable for presentation to the employee.
Note: This project will become the complete property of the client upon completion. We reserve all rights to modify the programs as necessary, and reserve the right to redistribute the program if necessary. We will hold all copyrights to the materials, and will not allow outside access to the data after completion.
