Agent accepts a call from predictive dial-er when we have some feedback's if the user is The proper Language we need to fill forms if we make an Arrangement and that form needs to be accessed from Manager and from a Supervisor for further approval
Supervisor Start the Predictive Dial-er and approves arrangement's by calling them again and analytic's (reports etc)
Manager will decide and assign arrangement's to other database caldav server where each caldav account is the arrangement holder and analytic's (reports etc)
Also this has to be in costume Web Site (agent's and Supervisor) and have a HTML Sip client on both of them
