DZOIC Handshakes Professional modul/addon proggers

looking for very professionel .php / database proggers for communitydevelopment basescript should be handshakes script:[login to view URL] or i can buy some similar if you recommend a better one. the script is 100% open source. i still run my site with bad software and i want to have all the features from existing site in new script. i need first: - bonuscurrencysystem(members can earn bonuspoints)for members - paid-for section for members (paidbanners, autosurfbar, paidmails, paid to promoteoption)only for bonuscurrency - members can book all this also paying with bonuscurrency - realmoneysystem (members can earn money to visit our page as their startpage) and can cashout money or convert to advertising - bank for bonuscurrency (users get interestrate when they deposit their bonuspoints on our "bank") - api for bonuscurrency to pay to other members and put interface on external sites -> all this must be good to handle for me in the adminsection -> for better understanding take a look on [login to view URL] (this is the still existing project) - all the features must also available on new script i only accept experienced proggers who can handle very good with all kind of .php script. thank you after development you must still be able for long term work for bugfixes, writing more addons and help with problems.
