MySQL stored procedure with trigger for insert, or delete to trigger but update command to compare a source table and destination and then make the change only if different. Data should be based on specific data (queried based upon date time and field) from Drupal Track Changes and/or Audit log. Must know Drupal 8 and MySQL 8 very well. The work is expected to be completed at a point that it is ready for test in 1 day. Estimates that are above the budget will not be accepted.
