When it will be possible for you to share the existing Document management system with me? In case of working with any existing project, It is really important to check the existing system before I make any commitment or start working with. Please share it as soon as possible. So that I can check the system properly; If you have any issue to share the existing project with me, can share your screen with me. So that I can check the details via team viewer. I guess for each user, there will be a separate folder. User will make registration into the system and upload the documents into the system. The system will generate a link for each uploaded document. This is the flow. Please confirm me. I am curious to know the time bounding range, within which an uploaded document will be valid? By the way, please let me know whether it is a paid system or not? I mean whether need to purchase any subscription or membership types to avail this platform? or it is a free system? I am sorry but not able to under the Customizable Workflow part; Whether you mean the system workflow or you mean anything other? By the way, please let me know whether the uploaded files are shareable or not? I mean after upload the documents into the system, a link will be generated. I need to know whether the link can be shared with another user; they can check the links; or not? Will there be any kind of limitation against each user's usage space per week or month? Please let me know your convenience.
