We need to create a system that allows incoming documents for any business (invoices, quotes, statements, general post etc) to be digitised and then integrated into other systems (accounting software, operational management systems, CRMs)
The system will need functionality dependant on they type of document - for example: incoming supplier invoice, once identified will need to be sent to the person who riased the purchase order, for approval or querying, and thne from there it may go to accounts person, orback to the supplier etc.
Effectively, the system is a digital post boy.
It needs to be created in a way that makes it modular, so our clietns can access some or all of the system.
