A website that was developed in Django in 2012 has custom-built functionality allowing the client to access the images at their original uploaded size while logged in (from links on the web-pages themselves).
In November 2017 the custom-coding for the site required upgrading to bring it up to speed with Django updates. This was done and the site has worked well for all functions previously tested.
Now, however, it’s been discovered that the functionality that allows the client to download the high-resolution images only works for images that were uploaded prior to the recent fixes.
The original developer is not available to fix this issue at the moment but believes another good Django developer should be able to identify the problem and fix it.
If you are a competent Django developer with confidence in trouble-shooting another developer’s custom code, please apply.
