In this web application, user can send email to the uploaded list. The system can integrate SendGrid API.
•There are 2 types of account.
•1) Super admin account : I am the only one to have this.
•2) Admin account : This is created by Super admin. The user uses this account.
•Upload the database by csv (Salutation, First_Name, Last_Name, Company, Job Title, email address, tel, ID)
•Edit the content, sender name, sender email address, reply-to email of the html email.
•Upload the email header and footer (GIF file can be uploaded too.)
•Personalize the email text (Example, “Dear $first_name$last_name” becomes “Dear Allan Tanekura” or Dear “AlsonYong” based on the database.)
•The email contains the button “ACCEPT” or “DECLINE”. The buttons contains unique link.
•Once you click “ACCEPT”, the web browser is opened, and you will be redirected to the thank you [login to view URL] the same time, you will receive the confirmation email.
•Send the email to the guests by email by one click. For sending email, please use the API of SendGrid(Email blast service provider. I have an account).
•The confirmation email contains thank you message, ID and its QR code on the text.
•On the admin page, you can see the real-time status to show who clicked ACCEPT/DECLINE.
•CSV list can be exported. The CSV contains the information of who clicked ACCEPT/DECLINE.
After the order confirmation, we need to have a complete system by 31st Jan 15:00 (Singapore time).
