We are a screen printing company. We have a web app (PHP) to manage our day to day operation.
Our clients can place an order online, we can accept it, we can give it a date, assign jobs to different machine, assign job as different print type. Clients receives an automatic email when we receive the stock or when we change the status of the job.
No we want to add few new features to the APP.
1. Create a backend module where we can edit email templates and turn ON/OFF the emails.
2. Add one or more companies as a printer. Currently all our automated email goes from one email address. We would like to be able to add more companies as a printer. Client should be able to choose the printer while placing an order and email should generate from that particular company. If a client choses company A as a printer then all the email regarding to that job should generate from A and if client chooses B as their printer then all the email should be generated from B.
3. We have a search for particular page/job status, we would like to have a global search where we should be able to search on the entire app not just one page.
4. Add fields on the automated email. These fields are already in the form but doest not appear in the email.
5. Add fields on the particular job status page. There are different page for different job status. When the job is dispatched, on the dispatched page we would like to add few more fields. These fields are already in the order form.
6. Generate a report for each different machine. We manually assign jobs to 7 different machine now. We would like to produce automatic report everyday.
7. Quotation online - Client should be able to get the quote from the website. Different groups of clients will have different pricing structure.
8. Integrate with account software. When a job is dispatched. It should automatically generate an invoice.
