Develop a WordPress plugin which is saving data into certain tables.

looking for expert WP developer to develop a plugin that makes form and saving the corresponding data in their corresponding tables based on user input.
the user will input:
1- Month name.
2- Class name. (as much as the user wants)
3- Class category.
4-Class description.
5- Class days name in one week.
6- Class start time and finish time.
7- Class attendance gender.
8- Class venue.
The user will enter a whole week schedule then The plugin will calculate the dates of class based on inputs and repeat that for week 2,3,4 on the month user already chooses. Then will generate data for a monthly class timing recorders per single day in [login to view URL] plugin tables which is already installed in my website.
