Looking for a mobile App development on iOS & Android for residential community. The mobile app will act as a central place for residents (tenants & owners, neighbours) to meet, interact, share information/concerns about their community, announcements, get information about their outstanding community services charge / payments and report problems to the community management
The app is expected to offer smooth on-boarding process for users, to register using their emails/social IDs ..etc., update their profile, enter their unit information. There should be an OTP validation along with GPS coordinates capturing for the villa.
The app should support residential buildings / apartments kind of communities as well as villas & townhouses.
Subsequently users can invite other neighbours to register or invite other family members (part of the household)
All registrations will go through a screening process by an admin who should have an admin view
Once user is registered he will have access to multiple features including:
1. My Profile
2. Reporting a problem in the community
3. Follow up on previously reported problems
4. Ask community members for recommendations
5. Get access to the community calendar which shows all scheduled events related to the community (managed by the Admin)
6. Gain access to the community Voice section - which is used for voting on key topics that are concerning the compound community
7. Get access to the FAQ section where they can seek useful information (provided by the community and validated/published by the admin) this acts as a knowledge-base
8. Get access to the community directory (if the user gives consent on publishing their basic profile)
9. Panic Button - which basically acts as an SOS call for any user who is in serious need for help
10. Access account statement, invoices, invoices status and payments
