DeBug existing system add new feature

When I process the first auto ship invoice I get this email and the system puts the auto ship invoice I just processed into delayed status. You can find this bug in the Admin in shipping. How the system is designed. Associate sign up page: [login to view URL] On the account set up the Associate places the first order and a auto ship order for the next month. Both invoices start out in the admin billing. The first order invoice is processed and it moves to shipping in admin. When shipped I add tracking and this process sends a email to the Associate to close that piece of business. In about 25 days I process the auto ship invoice and the invoice moves to shipping. once I clear this A/S invoice from shipping I get this email notice that the account has met the two orders and the system shifts the shipped auto ship invoice to delayed status after this email is sent. This should not happen. In fact there is no reason the system should have a delayed status option. What should happen when I process the first auto ship is the system should set up the next auto ship invoice based on what is checked in Associate back office auto ship page. The back office auto ship need a way to stop the auto ship and if checked it should take out current and future A/S invoices that may be in system. If auto ship is disabled they should get a message that no commissions can be earned. If anything changes in the Associate back office I need to know what was changed by email. The auto ship page need to be able to select more than one of a product. 1-6 would be ok on drop down. Here is the requirements to work on my site.
