System: GLPI - Tool of ServiceDesk - Version 0.90.3
Activity: Make one customization in the interface of "Create Ticket" about Task Duration.
1: change the code for in the moment that the ticket will create and the field "Total Duration" was not NULL, record the Task as type "done". by default is writing as TO-DO.
2: Make on UPDATE in the Table "Glpi_Tasks" to replace all information in the Collum "Type" to "DONE".
