We are looking for a freelancer / Company to assist us with development of a CRM (Ticket Management system).
We will only accept vendors who has in past delivered CRM for customer service. Also if you have experience in Vtiger CRM modification or Sugar CRM or any similar CRM - that will be an added value.

- Ticket / Incident Management
- SLA Management
- Automation Rules
- Team management
- Admin Roles and Users
- Ticket Escalation Rules
- Social Media Integration
- Chat / Chatbot Integration
- CTI / Telephony system integration
- On Cloud deployment
- Make UI to local language
- Ticketing System: The CRM should have a ticketing system to efficiently manage customer inquiries and support requests, tickets will come via email, phone, chat, website, Social Media that includes Line APP and Facebook.
- Integration with other software: The CRM should be able to integrate with other software to enhance its functionality and streamline processes. should have open API available.
Number of Users:
- The CRM should be able to handle a large number of users (1 to Unlimited) , as this will be a commercial platform that will be launched in our local market.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing and customizing CRM systems
- Proficiency in integrating third-party software
- Knowledge of scalability and performance optimization for large user bases
- Experience in handling open source code
