Custom Real Estate Widget

Greetings!
I need a custom widget/API/Plug-in of some sort capable of extracting data from a 3rd party website/management system ([url removed, login to view]) for display and search on our existing website.
We are a college property management company, and require specific search features not currently available through other websites. Students, businesses, and families must be able to search our database and filter results by property type, rent by semester, rent by month, or complete sale price, and so on. Other search fields are necessary, however this satisfies a short description.
We currently use PropertyWare, an online property management database. PropertyWare currently offers a widget, but it does not provide the searchable fields necessary. Custom fields are already in use within the database, but as it is, we can only display limited fields. Would also like map feature, but not essential. A link to complete an application for rent for specific properties should also be an option. I can provide/save the data in a variety of forms, but the ability for the data to be extracted from the online database would be ideal. Lists can are available in formats as simple as Excel, and additional accesses may be granted. See files for examples of data available.
Please review the Propertyware, and our requests, and contact for further information! We are not entirely sure of what we need, but a simple widget would satisfy. Nothing fancy required, though options are always nice. Please let me know what you may need to complete the job.
