Custom OpenCart Module (NoFraud)

Job Description:
I am looking for an OpenCart developer to create a custom module.
Here are the details:
The point of this module is to add the NoFraud service to work with the Payment process. Card, Name and Address details would be sent to the NoFraud service first to get a pass/fail/review status. If pass, then process the credit card for payment. If fail decline the transaction. If review log the Order as non-payment.
Please note that this is only required for credit card transactions so other payment types such as PayPal basic (Will have to work with PayPal Pro) etc will not require this step.
Admin Details:
Enable/Disable the module.
Set/change the NoFraud API Key.
The NoFraud status needs to be listed on the Order.
Checkout Details:
Nothing needs to be displayed on the front end.
NoFraud has API documentation with will need to be used while creating the custom module. I attached it here. I will supply a key when we start the project.
