css tableless & browser compatible

I am looking for a experience css coder and joomla expert to make my website browser compatible ( IE 6 & 7 / Firefox / Opera ).

Please inform me what it would cost to make my site tableless as well. If there is an option to make the whole site valid ( it's hard as this is a joomla site ), please tell me.
