E.G. Rachel Parker is our Employee, and she can see her reportee’s as well as her reporting manager.

I need a system where, A employee will create budget requisition for any expenses in the organization with particular details and the same need to flow the higher authority for validation and higher authority may approve it, reject it or may ask for more details by keeping the request on hold and the Requester need to add more details.
We need this approval to flow to 2 Levels for final approval. And the System should be equipped to generate the work order as well post approval from Level 2 Authority.
In additional to it, Post completion of the assignment Requester will add the exact value spent on the project with the supporting’s (May be Invoices) and Level 1 and Level 2 can see this and approve the same.
10. Maintaining assets details of the company
We want to maintain the inward and outward data, and in which the asset is in-warded will be tagged as asset.
We want to maintain Asset Data (EG – name and the description of the goods, serial number, Make name, Warranty details, Supplier or vendor name and details.) We also want to tag the Asset who is assigned to use the same.
E.G. – Brand Name - HP : Make and Model No - Spectre x360 G2 : Serial Number – xxxx1g34xxx
Description of the product – Corei7 8th generation, 512GB SSD, 8GB RAM: Warranty Valid upto - 21st Jan 2019 – in warranty; Supplier Name : Xyz Computers, Main Road, ABC Chowk, Pune – 01, Maharashtra, India.
Asset ID - IT001102 (IT – Stands for the department of Asset Belongs) It should be dynamic. Similarly (NIT – For Non-IT Assets; OPS - For Operation; ADM – For Admin; Fin – For Finance; INF – for Core Management belongings)
Asset Handed Over to - Mr. ABC – Senior Manager – Operations: Asset in Control till – 21 Aug 2019.
1 Generation Employee codes
We want to maintain the database of the candidate’s who applied for the job, since from the beginning itself we will track the candidate in the system. System will generate a candidate Registration ID (Candidate Registration Number – CRN) which will be unique and one candidate should not be allowed for duplicate entry. Then it will go for subsequent process like 1st round of Interview, 2nd Round, HR round, Aptitude test, negotiation, offer generations and onboarding of the candidate. Then Finally Employee will get the Final Employee Code. It should be again dynamic.
