I need a software/website/tool where my company’s employee performance is tracked & employee can update client follow up remarks & get notification when to follow based on client’s activity & other pre described criteria.
I have shared two Excel file & one word file name:
1. All Raw file for Import – In this we will mention all types of file to be imported approx – 15 types of files will be there
2. Equity LMS_060220_Developer – In this we have shown report which we will require from such imported files, approx. –
25 main reports plus Dashboard page, Performance Board page, Graph Page, will be developed

Some Features of CRM
1. Import multiple excel in different format with proper validation for each column – Client detail, User(Employee) Detail, Client trade file of all segment, Client asset file of all segment, client revenue file of all segment, Client calling remarks file, Lead Remarks file, Order Reconciliation file
2. Need log of all excel file uploaded in system (Date & time sensitive) with success & error records. Like: Upload Date, Upload Time, User Name, Module Name, File Name, No of Records, Success Records, Error Records, Duplicate records, Link
3. Client Detail – Asset, revenue, trade channel, family details, Diff type of remarks (follow up, other tagged criteria, Reconciliation, etc), meeting, calling due clients, client journey from start till date
4. Different User type & rights – RM, Back office, Executives, Data Uploader, Dashboard Caller, Call Analyser, RAM, RFM etc
5. Create Task, take follow up, put remarks -
6. Back office – updation remarks/status of remarks in client’s
7. Client Tagging on different activity, Pending Task, task performance allotted to RM

9. RM Mapping – Create by user & approve by manager
10. RM activity – Revenue, other business, talk time, meeting, number of remarks updated, reconciliation remarks, performance, target tracking, Summary reports month wise, week wise, RM mapping will be date sensitive
11. Meeting Punching, Feedback Email to Client triggered on different parameter like Meeting, Remarks updation, etc,
12. Incentive Calculation of user based on different criteria of all user
13. Dashboard Creation of: user, Team leader, Manager, Client, Feedback received
14. Call log – find last talked date, last attempt date
Segment Definition & Uniqueness:
1. Each PAN number can have all segments, they might trade in those segment or not trade in those segments
2. Major Segments are – Equity, Commodity, Currency, Franchisee,
3. In Equity we have – Intraday, Delivery, Future & Options
4. In Commodity we have – Future & Options
5. In Currency we have – Future & Options
6. In Franchisee we don’t have any sub segment
Client Definition & Uniqueness:
1. Here PAN is mandatory for Client.
2. Each PAN + Segment can have only one unique Customer ID & one unique client code(which is also called S2K ID).
3. One PAN can have multiple segment but PAN + Segment will be unique.
4. We will modify or add any data/filed in client Customer ID + Segment will be used.
I have attached some screen shot of current CRM, now we need next version. Software having huge data so back end should be string enough & fast. We can discuss the whole project in detail & make documents as per required format & need before giving a start.
