This will be an easy theme for a wordpress expert. We will need wordpress theme designed like this example: weisgram.com. It will need to look and function just like this example site, including scrolling effects on [login to view URL] and content overlay on images, with the following adjustments: Fully responsive for mobile and browsers. Top menu overlay must be sticky Images should be the full width of the page like this theme: [login to view URL] Top menu overlay includes the logo on the left and the menu on the right lined up on the same line so they are bottom justified like this example: [login to view URL] (look at alignment of menu and full width only, not function of theme, theme should function like the [login to view URL] example.) Parallax function or anchor function like on the example site: [login to view URL] needs to work in all browsers. This example does not work well in firefox Add a footer that is like the top header overlay, but smaller in height, not sticky. Use a contact form 7 (plugin) for the fields listed below.
