We need to design a program that works through the Internet so that it can be accessed from anywhere. This program is divided into several windows and several types of users. Each type of user has different powers.
The first window is the window for entering clients, determining the work plan for them, dividing the work into small tasks, determining the expected time to finish these tasks, and determining the days assigned to each task. This window is open to some users, not for all.
The second window is the window for the employees who will perform the tasks previously specified, and this window is for the employee to enter it and choose the customer and then choose the task that he will work on. Take it to get the job done then hit the submit button
Consequently, what the employee has entered the data for approval goes to his manager. In the event of approval, these data are closed so that the employee cannot re-amend what was entered except in the event that the client requests a change to the task again, and the data will be opened again.
