Create a hotel booking engine that can be added to any hotel website - create a platform as a service

The purpose of this project is to create a platform from which I can add a hotel booking engines on multiple websites that can allow adding some code inside their website. I want to create this as a service to offer clients (hotels) on a monthly subscription, for non-wordpress sites (HTML sites). The website (hotel) owner must have a dashboard with property configurations (inventory, rates, reservations and other details), the guest must have his own dashboard to manage his reservation, I must have a dashboard with the sites I integrated and their options.
I want to offer this to my clients as an online service, create a platform from where I can manage hotel clients and offer them a solution for direct bookings through our responsive hotel reservation system.
Here some general features:
- hotel booking engine that offers guests a quick and smooth reservation experience requiring minimum efforts while using their PC, smartphones or tablets
- Seamlessly synchronizing with hotel's website, the hotel reservation system must offer complete freedom while customizing it according to hotel's existing website
- accept direct online guest payments
- create pre-arrival, in-house & post-departure emails
- include options to create and offer special promotional packages and discounts to attract potential bookers
- include detailed reports of all booking operations

I am specifically interested in someone who already created hotel booking software and has similar work already done. Starting from zero can mean too much time and too many details for such a platform and we can overlook some small details for reservations platforms (integrate payment, create dashboard, manage inventory, emailing guests etc.).
Let me know if you have done this before and how we could do it now. Include details of offering a channel manager solution as well. The purpose is to create an online service from this.
