Create Horse Racing Databases (Betfair)

I would like to hire a professional coder / database analyst in order to build one or more simple database regarding to Horse Racing data.

The Project requirements are as follows:

1 - The main database should be populated from the following website:

[login to view URL]

NOTE #01: The filters applied from this website should be "GB Only" and "IRE Only". Each day contains 2 CSV files which corresponds to "Win Market" and "Place Market"... Both should be taken into consideration.

NOTE #02: The date range for this should be from "Jan 01, 2015" to "Present"... In other words... It should start from CSV names "[login to view URL]" and "[login to view URL]" to PRESENT date

2 - The database should have an "Auto-Update" or a "Scan" option to populate the database in a daily basis. Usually this website adds CSVs every day, including weekends.

NOTE: During the upload process, some criteria need to be implemented in specific fields such as "MENU_HINT" and "WIN_LOSE". For example, in "WIN_LOSE" field when "1" is read from the CSV, this should be automatically populated in the database with a value of "W" instead of "1" and a value of "L" instead of "0"... In other words, WON = 1 => W and LOST = 0 => L

3 - The database should be prepared to run queries in order to filter specific fields and values

4 - The database should have an option to export the entire database or queries results into a DAT or CSV file format

5 - The database should be prepared to import data from a CSV file... Where we could define the anchor fields and populate additional data in a costumised field. (A few examples will be provided in due course)

6 - The database should use some simple maths calculation in order to calculate Strike Rates, Profit or Losses, Average, etc (The formulas for these will be provided)

7 - It is extremely important to say in my last point that with all this data, I am expecting to have a database that will provide all the results in a efficient and quick fashion manner. In other words, I will not give credit to anyone that can do the above but will fail in efficiency and speed when running a few filters and queries. Please, make sure you understand this crucial point.

FINAL NOTE: The freelancer that had past projects and experience with Betfair markets will have strong possibility to be selected. If you are interested in this project, please, make sure to provide your portfolios... Also, I will make sure to provide full detail and explanation from the above points (with screenshots and examples), in order to make this project easy to work.
