Create Custom WordPress Post Types for my website with custom CSS/HTML/PHP Styling

I'm looking for someone who is familiar with creating custom Wordpress post types for my website. I want to add several custom post types so that people can add an article, agency profile, case study, service offer and Founder Story post that displays in a very stylized way that matches my website design. I also need places where all of these different elements can be grouped together and sorted using filters. Here's exactly what I need developed:
Custom Post Types:
SaaS Product Offer
Ad Agency Profile Listing
Service Listing Post
Case Study Post
Founder Story Post
Add an Article
I want people to have to log into a custom dashboard for three new types of users:
Agency
Student (The website sells Courses) (Already Created using TutorLMS)
SaaS Company
Instructor (Already Created using TutorLMS)
Service Provider
Marketplaces: (I'll need two views designed: The Listing View and the Expanded View)
SaaS Product Offer Marketplace (allows people to sort through and find deals on software products)
Course Marketplace (Already created using TutorLMS)
Founder Stories - Collection of stories that people can sort using filters all in one location
Agency Listings - Where people can search for different Agencies
Mini Courses - These are courses under $100 but are regular courses using TutorLMS
Custom Post Type Fields:
I'll create a list of all the custom fields for each new post type I need created but each new post type will have 5-15 custom fields
Please give me an estimate for the amount of work you see that it will take to make this happen. My website is [login to view URL], I want the custom post types to look the same way I've designed them using DIVI but auto populate in a custom style sheet for each new post type!
