Continue development and doc writing for our wordpress website

We have a website based on wordpress. We have done a lot of customized coding. It's not based on plugins.
We're developing a new release for this website. And many functions and features are changed.
The website is heavily customized. The new release of the website is almost 80% done.
We need you to continue the development for us and complete the development in one month.
Before the development, we need you to review all the code, write documentation and specification, so that you will have the time to get familiar with all that has been done. After all codes are analyzed, you can continue the development.
During the development, all codes should be submitted together with clear documentations.
In general the work will be divided into the following milestones:
1st, 2nd, 3rd, $200 (M1 - M5), $200 (M6-M10), $200 (M11-M15)
4th: $200 (FL_Feed by QA Team)
5th: $200, FL_Feed after the website goes live and we have collected some feedback.
The work should be done remotely using Teamviewr or Ammy Admin, or Any Desk.
After a while, when you're familiar, we can go with the CI/CD mode.
You should not disclose any of the project information to any third party, nor should you use any knowledge or code generated from this project in any third party competing projects.
The code should be submitted through bitbucket and to the dev server.
