I want to create a freight booking solution. In the system i want to make it possible to book courier, air, sea, truck, train, shipments, + module for WHM (warehouse management) from the nordic markets to/from worldwide. all services must be built on api toward different service providers, fedex,dhl, ups, bring, schenker, postnord, airfrance/klm, lufthansa, cosco, maersk ect.. the system must have track and trace link in a "history" field.+ create shipment, invoice control, the system must be available for my company in the freight forwarding business to enter shipments ourselves on behalf of the clients, but the clients must also have their own log in to the system to place orders. A lot of info must be availeble for client price, dims, LxW,H, kilos ect. shipper/consignee, adresse book. System must have possibility to make AI customers service replies and FAQ. The system must transfer placed orders to CRM/Invoice program from tripletex. I need to be able to post news, and give info such as delays if one provider has cancellations, weather or similar. how about support/more things to do on the platform, maintainces ect how does this work? system must link to webshop moduels to get acces to B2C markets and returns Online payment can be an extra module. Important very service provider i need to make an Environmental measurement of distance fx Oslo - Tokyo 5000 km co2 emission = emission calculator. consignee must get an mail+ sms advise with track and trace message when order is placed from shipper.
