Job Overview We are seeking motivated and reliable freelancers to support HVAC service companies by handling appointment setting, customer coordination, and dispatch support. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals who are organized, confident communicators, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment. Your role will focus on converting inbound and outbound leads into scheduled service appointments and ensuring efficient coordination between customers and technicians. Compensation Structure Commission-based compensation in accordance with freelance platform policies. Earnings are tied to successfully scheduled and completed service appointments. Detailed commission structure will be discussed during onboarding.
