E-commerce SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT (not website)

THIS IS NOT A WEB DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. I am not looking for an e-commerce site for myself, I am looking for the e-commerce software to be packaged so that I can use it for my clients' websites. I am a web designer.

I am looking for a complete e-commerce solution for my design consultancy. I'm a hopeless programmer, but I would really like to be able to offer my clients a piece of software that I own, branded as being my company's software (so I would also own the right to the software).

It will need to be compatible with Paypal, and Australian merchants Paymate and e-way. It would also need to have an option for direct deposit, the ability to send credit card details over a secure connection and to be merged with a bank merchant account.

I will need it to be COMPLETELY customisable as far as design goes. I think the best way is for me to be able to use PHP includes, in the same way as [url removed, login to view] does.

There are many features that will be required for this software. It will be a stand-alone program that I will brand as an Anna Clements product. I have a list of specifications that will be required for this software.

There is a fairly urgent turnaround of 4-6 weeks.

Sorry, I forgot to mention the language! This will need to be written in PHP for a MySQL database, and be able to run on Linux (Redhat) servers. Thanks!
